Some children just don’t have the same opportunities as others.
Since 1989, Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona has worked to level the playing field by providing academic support, enrichment opportunities, and the resources scholars need to reach their full potential.
At Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona, 95% of our scholars come from low-income families and will be the first in their family to graduate from college.
From the start of sixth grade through college graduation and into career launch, scholars gain access to the resources and support necessary to obtain a college degree, become true leaders in their communities, and break the generational cycle of poverty for themselves and their families.

- 74% of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona scholars graduate with their bachelor’s degree, compared to 11% of unsupported low-income, first-generation students.
- 87% of Boys Hope Girls Hope scholars graduate from college with ZERO student debt, those that do have debt, it is less than $3,500.
- BHGH currently serves 90 scholars, from sixth grade to college senior, and has strategic growth goals in place to double that number by 2030.
